1.3 Right to Modify Terms

Newkluck reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon posting. 2Account Rules

2.1 Account Registration

• Single Account Only: Only one newkluck account is allowed per person, family, address, email, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

• Document Verification: Newkluck may request official documents (national ID card, passport, driving licence) for identity verification at any time.
• Account Security: Keeping your username and password confidential is your responsibility. Never share them with anyone.

2.2 Account Security

The security of your newkluck account is extremely important. Use a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Never share your login information with anyone and don't forget to log out from public computers.

2.3 Account Usage Restrictions

2.4 Account Closure

3.3 Bet Settlement

Winnings from settled bets will be automatically credited to your account balance.

3.4 Void Bets and Refunds

5.2 Bonus Wagering Conditions

For example, if the wagering requirement is 30x, you must wager 30 times the bonus amount. At Newkluck, wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x. Wagering must be completed within a specified time frame, otherwise the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes: claiming the same bonus multiple times by creating multiple accounts, exploiting system vulnerabilities, collusion (working together with other players), or opening accounts solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses. Newkluck investigates any suspicious activity and may confiscate all bonuses, winnings, and balances and close the account in cases of bonus abuse.

5.4 Promotion Changes and Cancellations

Newkluck reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. For ongoing promotions, those who have already opted in can complete the promotion under the original terms. However, new terms will apply when joining new promotions.

6Responsibilities and Obligations

6.1 Player Responsibilities

As a user of the Newkluck platform, you have certain important responsibilities. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legally permitted in your area and that you are complying with all local laws. Maintaining your account security, providing accurate information, and playing responsibly are entirely your responsibility.

However, we are not responsible for certain issues such as third-party service failures, internet connection problems, or technical faults with your device.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

7Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraud and Deception

Any form of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity on the Newkluck platform is strictly prohibited. This includes: providing false information, using stolen payment methods, game manipulation, collusion, using bots or automated software. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be confiscated, and legal action may be taken.

7.2 Money Laundering

Newkluck strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and terrorist financing prevention policies. We monitor suspicious transactions and report to authorities when necessary. The platform cannot be used for money laundering. If unusual transaction patterns are detected, the account may be suspended for investigation.

7.3 Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple Newkluck accounts from the same person, family, address, or device is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and balances confiscated. If multiple accounts have been created by mistake, notify customer support immediately.

7.4 System Manipulation

Any form of interference, manipulation, or attack on the Newkluck system, software, or website is prohibited. This includes: hacking, DDoS attacks, bug exploits, reverse engineering, scripting, or attempting to access or manipulate the system through any other unauthorized method. Such activities are criminal offences and legal action will be taken.

8Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

Newkluck may suspend accounts at any time for the following reasons: violation of Terms, suspicious activity, pending KYC document verification, payment disputes, bonus abuse, or legal investigation. During suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or withdraw funds.

8.2 Permanent Termination

For serious rule violations, Newkluck may permanently close accounts. This includes: fraud, money laundering, multiple accounts, age fraud, identity theft, or repeated violations of Terms. Permanently closed accounts will not be reopened, and creating new accounts is prohibited. In cases of proven fraud, all balances and winnings will be confiscated.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Newkluck supports responsible gaming and provides players with Self-Exclusion facilities. If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, you can close your account for a specified period (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently) through customer support. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access the platform or create a new account in any way.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login or transaction), Newkluck may mark it as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on dormant accounts. To reactivate your account, contact customer support. If there is a balance and no activity for 24 months, we will attempt to reach you.
